This Privacy Statement outlines the information SLS Group may collect on the SLS Group Sites and how it may use that information. This Statement will also instruct you on how you can request that SLS Group change or delete your personally identifiable information from its database. Please note, the privacy practices described in the Privacy Statement apply only to the SLS Group Sites and interactive advertisements, and they do not apply to SLS Group’s collection and use of customer information offline. II. Personally-Identifiable Information

When you visit SLS Group Sites or interactive advertisements, SLS Group will not collect any personally-identifiable information about you (such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information) unless you provide it voluntarily. SLS Group may also collect demographic information that you provide to SLS Group, such as age, gender or income level. For example, you may provide personally identifiable information when ordering online, contacting SLS Group, posting a testimonial, subscribing to an electronic newsletter, or entering a sweepstakes. The SLS Group Sites are not intended for use by children. III. Use of Personally-Identifiable Information (California Exempt)

In addition, when you view one of the SLS Group Sites or advertisements, SLS Group may store some information on your computer. Please note, these changes will only effect future transactions with the SLS Group Sites and may not be effective immediately. These changes will also not effect information collected as part of an online purchase that may have already been shared with a third party according to this Privacy Statement (e.g., credit card company) and you will need to contact each third party directly to make any changes to your information.

SLS Group is committed to keeping secure the data you provide SLS Group and takes precautions to protect your personally identifiable information from loss, misuse or alteration. VIII. California Residents – California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”)

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides California residents with the right to request certain information regarding our collection of personal information from California consumers. If you are a California consumer, you have a right to request the following:

In certain instances, SLS Group is not required by CCPA to delete personal information. In such instance, SLS Group will notify you if your personal was unable to be deleted for one of the permitted exceptions under CCPA.
